The 2008 QuickCompass of Active Duty Members was conducted at the request of the Military Personnel Policy. Major survey content areas included demographics, support for continued military service, eligibility and enrollment in the MGIB program, and opinions on proposed changes to the MGIB benefit to include transferability to spouse/dependents.
