Topics covered in the briefing and survey note include overall satisfaction, leadership and management, performance management, motivation/development/involvement, the workplace, and personnel services. Trend comparisons are made (when available) for DoD civilian employees overall and by DoD component. The 2009 results are presented for each question for an additional 61 demographic subgroups.
