Includes results on five leading indicator topics from the 2014 Status of Forces Survey of Active Duty Members (2014 SOFS-A): retention, satisfaction, tempo, stress, and readiness. 2014 results are presented for each question for an additional 34 demographic subgroups, and trend comparisons are made for Service members overall, by Service, paygrade, and deployment status.
