Includes results on five leading indicator topics from the December 2009 Status of Forces Survey of Active Duty Members: retention, satisfaction, tempo, stress, and readiness. December 2009 results are presented for each question for an additional 34 demographic subgroups, and trend comparisons are made for Service members overall, by Service, paygrade, and deployment status.
