This report describes the statistical methodologies for the 2019 Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey of Reserve Component Members (2019 WEOR). The survey fielded from August 19, 2019 through November 26, 2019. Section 1 describes the sample design and selection of the sample. Section 2 describes the design of the survey communication and survey name experiments. Section 3 describes weighting and variance estimation. Section 4 describes the statistical tests used for the 2019 WEOR. Section 5 describes the calculation of contact, cooperation, and response rates for the full sample and population subgroups. Section 6 provides the results of the experiments. Section 7 is a nonresponse bias analysis.
