The executive note, Estimated Rates of Past Year Racial/Ethnic Harassment and Discrimination by Gender and Race/Ethnicity Among Reserve Component Members: Findings From the 2019 WEOR provides the estimated prevalence of racial/ethnic harassment and racial/ethnic discrimination by race/ethnicity and gender. Results indicated racial/ethnic differences existed within gender in the rates of racial/ethnic harassment and discrimination. For Reserve component women and men, Black members were at the greatest risk. Additionally, Reserve component women were at greater risk than Reserve component men.
