The purpose of the Do Perceptions of Inclusion in the Military Workplace Differ by Sexual Orientation? Findings from the 2017 WEOA and 2019 WEOR executive note is to identify whether perceptions of inclusion in the military workplace differ by sexual orientation. Data from the 2017 Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey of Active Duty Members and the 2019 Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey of Reserve Component Members sheds light on the extent to which members of various sexual orientations feel included in the military workplace.
