The Military Family Life Project is DMDC's first survey designed for longitudinal study. The project will assess how the well-being of military spouses and families change over time. The 2010 Military Family Life Project (2010 MFLP) is the first wave of this project and measures overall well-being and experiences of spouses of active duty military members. Major content areas include demographics, permanent change of station (PCS) moves, education and employment, health and well-being, financial well-being, life in the military, deployments, effect of deployments on children, and reunion and reintegration.
